early in the morning
we woke up to have a walk along the beach
along the beach, there are retaining wall erected to prevent corrosive
commonly during monsoon season
the water is crystal clear
as it is one of the scenic island in Malaysia
with palm-frin
dges beach

BE STRONG!

we

most plant thrive in the soil with organic material and moisture
it is hard to find plant that thrive within the sand
sandy soil is porous anddo not retain moisture well
which make it so hard to get water
moreover
*frequent strong wind from the sea
geatly annihilate their chance of surviving
it is just the same applying to us
if we can withstand all the hamper and thwart in our life
we grow up
and stand stalwartly
we are the successful one
we gain more
learn more
nevertheless
we need to have the strength
to perservere
and NEVER GIVE UP IN YOUR LIFE!*

*the bright sea line mingle with the sky*
looking at the sea and notice how it mingles with the sky
the sea view remind me of an article i read before
written by Kyley Kasman
she expressed her love of nature with the hatred of evil caused by mankind
she compared the purity and the stillness of the seascape with the stormy and rough ocean
which symbolise the vulgar and hostile action of man
the poet begin the poem with uplifting image  to describe the nature
and then with negative and angry imaginery to describe the battle due to inhumanitary and acrocities by human
it evokes and probes human conscience
in the whole poem
the author act as the Shepard who guard the sea
the shepard here symbolise the purity and
he may have divine- like quality similar to God
in the poem
he is describing that he lies on the soft turf that clothes the mountain brows
to realx and enjoy the view comfortably
and then it comes the evil root of greed and corruption
that lead to defilement
the ship in the middle of the sea is going to destructed
several people in the ship are having battle
it is a foreshadowing
the waves visualise dark and stormy ocean
the ship is filled with"death"
the shepard look at the war-freighted ship
which flsahed with their red and fierce fire
the sea is polluted
with BLOOD glorious work of God is destroy
due to human inhumanity
the earth and its beauty is no longer exist
saddened by the work of mankind
he has lost faith in fellow man

pulau tioman day 2 part 1

ever heard that pulau tioman has the clear blue water
over beautiful coral reefs
teeming with marine life
there are over 20 dive sites
but too bad
my dad said it was quite tracherous
as our "swimming skills" is not pro enough
*(nearly drowned once, i myself also have certain degree of fright)
after all
the feeling of suffocation
who want to try that again~
but haha~i am still alive~*
safety is always a primary concern for my dad
if next i can go alone
then i would like to try diving too~
so, this time we just tried snorkelling
hmm....
if i am not mistaken
the location we chose to have our snorkelling is in Tekek
haha
sandy beach
coral reefs
pristine rainforest
last but not least
the mythic past!(remember the dragon story?)

haha!so sticky~after snorkelling we went to have our dinner straight without bathing!
why?
because later we are going to have snorkelling for second times in another place!

the amount of different species of fish is different thing
the most incredible thing is that you don't have to find for the fish but the fish comes to you

day 1 in pulau Tioman part 2

It is lucky enough as during Hari Raya
and without booking any room
we still got to book a chalet~
=)
don't have to stay in the car
since it was during Hari Raya
open house and invitation for relatives to come to their house is practised
Plenty of traditional Malays delicacies are served during this festival
Their houses are cleaned and decorated with lightning of oil lamps to welcome the angel that believe to visit them in the preceding of the first 7 days of the festival
well,this festival lasts for 1 months and concentrated at the first 3 days

just wandering around that area
walking along the beaches
let the water caressing our leg
so warm

the purity of gently swaying sea water is perfectly tempered by the lazy summer breeze

haha~never know that my dad can climb coconut tree~and stand so stalwartly on it!

this kind of crab is endemic in Pulau Pangkor.
haha, don't have much knowledge on crab
let's call it unknown crustacean
but most people call it Tioman Freshwater Crab

*let a little warm sand get between your toes!
so never wear shoes while walking on the beach!*

2011~8~30 to 9~1
during Hari raya
pulau tioman is a beautiful island off the shore of Mersing in Johor

again, this time is a last minute decision that we dicided to have another trip to pulau tioman
during hari raya
and we didnt book any room beforehead
haha~
sleep in the car?
perhaps
well, my dad was so confident that he can find a room
so fine~
let's start another new adventure then

people describe pulau tioman as a giant sleeping dragon
the dark green ridge of pulau tioman rise up above the south china sea
on closer inspection
it becomes the dragon dark green scale in fact of the giant tree and impenetrable jungle
the grey claw are granite boulders
dragon's horns are two peak with smooth cliff with swirls of mist
that is how people desribe it!

pulau tioman is a DRAGON!

haha~hw the story comes again?
the princess dragon in china fly to singapore to save her prince
then she pass through this island
and enamoured by the beauty of this island
the calm water
splashing on her leg
waves lapping at her side
she discontinued her journey aand take the for of an island
another fable
but not romantics at all~
haha~
so what so special about this island?
i am not sure
that is the reason i come here to explore

perhaps the coeal nd marine life in the sea full of wonder?

or the leatherback turtle which are facing extinction?

1641~Dutch sucessfully drive Portugese out of Malacca
 in 19th century~Dutch changed hands again to British so that Malacca would not fall to the hand of Napolean

a historical site in Malaysia
is undeniably known with a wide array of heavenly delicious food
jonker street,
the centre street of chinatown
once renowed for its antique shop
however, now it has turned to craft shop, clothes outlets and restaurants
if you like bazaar kind of shopping
this is the place for u!

an excellent day trip possibility
a cool hill station set amidst the cool mountain air
and a majestic 100 million year old rainforest
dubbed as city of entertainment
it offers indoor and outdoor theme park, hotels, casino, and 18 hole golf course park
as we knew that it was quite impossible for us to finish all in one day
we only bought the outdoor ticket
