A Famosa or the "famous"in Portugese is one of the oldest survivng remnant of the European architecture in Asia.consist of long rampart and 4 major towers
well, the history of Malacca comes in
1511~Portugese fleet under Malacca under the command of Alfonso(for the spices trade to China)
1641~Dutch sucessfully drive Portugese out of Malacca
 in 19th century~Dutch changed hands again to British so that Malacca would not fall to the hand of Napolean
