4 days 3 night Trip to Barcelona

We woke up early in the morning and headed towards our next destination, Barcelona. We stayed there for 4 days 3 nights.
Barcelona is one of the tourism spot that visited by many people.
After checked in in Hello BCN hotel at about 2 o clock, we went to the famous Casa Mila which is also known as the La Pedrera.
The entrance fee for adult is about 16.50euro and it opens from 9.00am to 8pm duringwinter
It is one of the building designed by Antoni Gaudi, who designed most of the well-known building in Barcelona. It is the World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
The purpose of this building was to ease the communication between the neighbourhood as the apartment was buillt in a round shape so that people can see all theoir neigbour by looking out the window.

Then, we went to Casa Batlo which is another masterpiece of Antoni Gaudi. It is located at the centre of Barcelona. The abother name for it is the House of Bone or the casa de osso.
The price and opening hour is similar to that of Casa Mila.
From the building you can see how the designer try to avoid straight line and it was maily built for middle class family.
Then, we went to a famous Tapas restaurant to have our first plate of paella!

We met some Malaysian there as well and they recommeded us to join the countdown in Plaza de Espanya that night as it was31/12/2013. As random as isual, we decided to go for it. Many people squeezing in the metro towards Espanya. We reached there at 11pm and the performances started at 11.30pm but the crowd was too big and make it difficult for us to watch the performances on the stage.

The next morning we woke up early and had our breakfast at 8.00am. The service of the hotel is excellent! Them ,we proceeded to the next destination which is the La Sagrada Familia( Roman Cathalic building). It is still under construction. Even after Gaudi died, not even quater if the building is completed. There are total of 18 tower which represent Jesus, Mary, 12 Apostles, and 8 Evangelists.
The advice here is buy the ticket through online because you might end up woth queueing up for 3 or 4 hours for it.
The admission fee is about 11 euro for students and it opens from 9am to 6.30pm during winter.  Due to the long queue, we decided to come back the next day and we changed our plan to day 3 plan.

Then, we went to the Arc Triomf.
